Shipping and Handling

In stock items  are shipped from our warehouses within 2 business days from receipt of order to arrive within 3 to 8 business days.  In the event of a delay, we will attempt to notify you by email.  Not all products are shipped from the same manufacturing plant or warehouse; ordered items may arrive via different packages.


The FREE DVD is sometimes shipped separately and may arrive sooner than the balance of your order.


Our standard method of shipping within the contiguous United States is UPS Ground. At this time we do not ship outside of the United States and Canada.  Also, UPS does not ship to APO addresses, please supply an alternate address within the United States.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  UPS DOES NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES.


You may choose to upgrade to 2nd Day Air for an additional charge. Please e-mail for a quote.  No weekend or holiday delivery is available; all shipments are insured and a deliver confirmation signature is required.  We do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping and handling charges will be calculated based upon the sub-total of your order. 

Shipping for orders $25.00 or less is $15.95
Shipping for orders $25.01 to $50.00 is $9.95
Shipping for orders $50.01 to $99.00 is $7.95
Shipping for orders over $99.00 is free.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada is calculated by using the regular shipping charges above plus a $25.00 surcharge per order.

All costs incurred for incomplete or inadequate shipping or billing information are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt.  Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm EST excluding holidays.  If any problem in processing or shipping is encountered, you will be promptly notified.
