Payment Options:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and money orders.  If you would like to pay by money order, indicate it at checkout and mail the money order for the full amount including shipping to Notchnet, Inc., 149 West Main Street, Littleton, NH 03561  We will process the order after receiving the money order.  The order will be cancelled if the money order is not received within 7 business days.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER, THE BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH EXACTLY THE BILLING ADDRESS FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD.  OTHERWISE THE ORDER WILL NOT PROCESS.

Return Policy: 

When you receive your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return it within 15 days.  We will exchange it or refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.  Refunds to credit card orders will be made to your credit card.  Refunds to money order orders will be made by check.  Exchanges will be charged regular outbound freight.

If a return is due to a defective item, then Norton Stones Store will replace the product at no extra charge including shipping and handling.  In addition, Norton Stone will reimburse for the return shipment charges.   Norton Stones Store, at its discretion, may choose not to have the defective product returned.

All original packaging must be returned with the items to receive an exchange or refund.  All returns must include a Return/Exchange Authorization Code, easily received by e-mailing admin@nortonstonesstore.com.  Please include the order number, a list of the items that you wish to return and the reason.

Special Orders and Closeouts are final sale and not returnable.

All returns must be shipped prepaid, insured, delivery confirmed and have a Return Authorization Number referenced on the shipping label.

Photo Variations: 

All images represent our products, to the best of our ability, within the limits of the internet and computer graphics.  Unfortunately, individual computers reproduce color in vastly different spectrums, depending on video cards, monitor settings, etc.  In light of this, we cannot guarantee that the image you see accurately portrays the actual product colors.  The customer will be responsible for all freight charges incurred in shipping and/or returning of products for this reason.

Cancellation of Orders:

Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed.  Please refer to our return policies once your order is received.

Pricing:

Pricing is changed periodically.  Previously placed orders are not eligible for pricing decreases or subject to pricing increases.
